The introduction, testing and optimisation of the developed working model will be accompanied by a pilot project. The goal is long-term implementation, first through an effectively functioning team within the initial weeks and then establishing a blueprint that can be implemented throughout the company. 

 

Outcome: Increased efficiency of the team, visible through an increased number of completed tasks or an increase in quality, as well as continuous improvement of processes through operational support.
