We consider ourselves modern and open in our leadership approach, yet it's crucial to question whether we truly engage our employees and key personnel in the transformation process. Could there still be remnants of controlling behaviors influencing our actions?
 

In our initial workshop (and typically in subsequent developmental checkpoints), we aim to assess the current state of our organization's leadership culture and identify opportunities for further development. 


Outcome: This workshop develops a new leadership culture that is needed in your company or bank in order to be able to meet the challenges in a complex environment. In this workshop you will learn to recognize your own attitude and to develop a new one.
