Kanban Introduction Training

Kanban (Japanese) means "continuous improvement process". It is a visual system for work process control to identify bottlenecks in the company. In this training, you will learn how to increase the productivity of your internal processes and make them transparent. The focus is on the varied, interactive and practice-oriented teaching of the basic concepts, practices and principles of Kanban.

Result: After the training, your employees will be able to design Kanban systems for their everyday lives to efficiently control workflows and improve team collaboration. 

Note: Prior knowledge of Agile is an advantage, but not mandatory.
